Research & Analysis Bureau provides Labor
Market Information for Montana. We work in conjunction with the Bureau
of Labor Statistics and the Employment
& Training Administration to provide information on employment,
unemployment, wages, prevailing wages, injuries and illnesses, and other labor
information.
As part of the Workforce Services Division within the Department of Labor & Industry, we are committed to providing continuous improvement for increased customer satisfaction.
The Bureau is responsible for several different programs including:
CES - Current Employment Statistics
CFOI - Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries
QCEW - Quarterly Census Employment and Wage
LAUS - Local Area Unemployment Statistics
MLS - Mass Layoff Statistics
OES - Occupational Employment Statistics
OSH - Occupational Injuries & Illness
Projections - Job Projections for Industries & Occupations
Foreign Labor Certification Wage Determinations
MCRN - Montana Career Resource Network which produces the MCIS (Montana Career Information System) software
