CAWS

The Capital Area Workforce System (CAWS) is a group of employment and training providers serving Lewis and Clark, Broadwater, Jefferson and Meagher counties who came together to form a new partnership in September of 1998. A list of the partners is included below.The vision of the CAWS is to be a customer-focused employment and training system which prepares, trains and connects a highly skilled workforce to the business community.  We will achieve our vision by: 

 

• Being partners in an effective, integrated community-based delivery system of employment and training services 
• Creating efficient operations that promote a seamless system for our customers 
• Offering enhanced services to our shared customer that result in self-sufficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Striving to continually improve our services 
• Valuing an empowered, knowledgeable workforce
